Right of withdrawal:
Pursuant to Legislative Decree 196/2003 and European Regulation 679/2016 on consumer protection cooperation, the customer can withdraw from the purchase contract within 10 days from the delivery of the goods ordered without providing any reason. The withdrawal could be received by registered letter with receipt advice to Enoteca Vinowine, Via Garibaldi n. 29/A, 12061 Carrù CN . This communication should be forwarded in advance by email to enotecavinowine@gmail.com, and it could contain the will to give up the purchase, by attaching the invoice in original.
The returned goods should be shipped back without any damage or alteration and properly packaged. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The return of the purchase and shipment price take place after the correct return of the goods.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in case of fast perishable goods, or in case of purchase of goods made to measure or personalized by Enoteca Vinowine according to the indications provided by the Customer, or in case of failure to deliver products due to the absence of the Customer, or if the goods are altered or deteriorated cause of the client delay.
Assurance:
In case of disputes by the buyer regarding the goods, these can be sent back to Enoteca Vinowine with specific indication of the complaint and by attaching the original invoice. In case of defective goods, the buyer can choose between the replacement of the goods, the sending of another type of goods at the same price or to have the money back on his credit card.
The legal warranty rights are limited to the amount on the invoice.
The presence in the goods of deviations from the standards accepted by the common commercial practice or of minor differences due to technical reasons does not constitute a defect and is therefore not covered by the guarantee.
The warranty lasts for 2 years from the receipt of the goods by the buyer.
