The winery Caudrina has historical roots in the production of Moscato d'Asti and Asti sparking wine. Everything started in the 40's when the father Redento began to make wine from his own grapes, but only his son Romano, well equipped with the first new technologies, started selling the bottled wine, until then sold in bulk.
