Cuvage winery was founded in December 2011 with the aim of producing renowned sparkling wines Metodo Classico. The vinery is managed by the Ricagno family with the cooperation of the winemaker Loris Gava. After 18 months on the lees, a sparkling wine is born with a prestigious and fine perlage. There are 3 types of Cuvage: Pas Dosè, Rosè, Blanc de Blancs.
