Nowadays the winery Elio Grasso counts 18 hectares of vineyards and uses, in the production of wine, only owned grapes. The family began a progressive replanting of Nebbiolo, Barbera and Dolcetto and since 1986 has been cultivating also a little plot of not autochthonous grapes, the Chardonnay.
