Rocche dei Manzoni has always distinguished itself for brave choices. Since 1976 they created the first blend of wines ever produced in Langhe, an area where historically every single wine variety were vinified alone. Another choice was to use, before anyone else in the municipality of monforte, the barrique for the aging of their wines.
