Since 1989 the Abbona family has been producing Dolcetto on the hills of Moncucco in Farigliano (CN). The family has 8 hectares of Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo vineyards, divided into 10 different plots, the oldest called “Maioli”, was converted in a vineyard of Dolcetto by Anna Maria’s grandfather, Angelo, in 1936. In the cellar, the vinification process takes place in steel tanks exclusively.
