Maria Borio who has been driving Cascina Castlet since the 70s belongs to one of the families that have ancient roots in this territory of Piedmont and that has always produced wine. The farm cultivates 30 hectares in the municipality of Costigliole d'Asti and the vines are Barbera, Moscato, Uvalino, but also Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay.
